Edit the people/author dropdown list

You can now edit the drop down list which appears on the People and Report pages. This list is built by entering a new Person or Author and is prone to store typos and duplicates. This list can now be edited on the OASIS Dashboard. Select the 'Edit organisation people list' option in the Level 1 menu.
