OASIS Management Board comprises individuals representing all national agencies and user groups (see Membership below).
The purpose of the Board is to provide oversight and guidance, to ensure the system is working, to examine trends in use, and to discuss how OASIS contributes to the wider landscape of historic environment research and practice.

The group welcomes new members especially those from archaeological practitioners and researchers, including community groups or partnerships. The Board meets twice a year (Spring and Autumn), and meetings are now a hybrid physical and virtual format to allow those who cannot travel a chance to attend.
